A full line of positive and negative diazo compounds is offered. This includes negative diazos for wipe-on plates, negative diazos for sensitizing screen printing emulsions and high-end diazos for presensitized plates and proofing film applications. There are a variety of positive diazos, which may be used for plate, film and resist applications. Capped novolak resins are part of the portfolio.
A series of polymers is available for coating applications. These polymers are not light sensitive, but may be functionalized to possess specific characteristics for desired performance. The polymers are primarily acetals. Certain ester and urethane polymers are also available.

PLATEROOM AND PRESSROOM CHEMICALS:
There is a complete offering of plateroom and pressroom chemicals. The most common products are: developers, finishers, plate cleaners, plate cleaner / preserver, scratch remover, on-the-fly cleaner, roller washes, blanket washes, fountain solutions and alcohol substitutes. Other products are available upon request.
Our extensive background in the Graphic Arts enables us to help customers use our products and improve their current product line. Consultation is available for custom product design. We can assist in the areas of conventional negative plates (diazo and photopolymer), conventional positive plates (diazo esters and capped resins), computer-to-plate, color proofing, screen printing, coating design, substrate design and optimization, and process chemistry design.
Patenting support is available for those wishing to patent an invention or for searching to insure that infringement will not be a concern.

We have the capacity to manufacture annually up to 25 tons of diazo compounds and 10 million gallons of processing chemicals. An automatic filling and packaging line enables us to bottle any container ranging between 8 oz and 5 gallons. 55 gallon drums and totes are package sizes available.
With the present manufacturing capability, it is not necessary that all products made be of our design. We do toll manufacturing and private labeling for products that fit into our area of capability and competency. The mixing, filling and packaging operation handles solutions with viscosities ranging from water to gels.
If a potential client has a formulation or process they want produced, we will evaluate the product and provide the best quality and price if it fits our abilities.
